Returns

You may return items within 7 days of delivery - ONLY IF THERE IS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Please send us the unboxing video and video/photo of the defect, our team will verify and then approve the Return.

How to Initiate a Return

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Contact us for exchange requests.
